Keyboard-First Design

Navigate and staple documents without touching your mouse. Arrow keys move between pages, Space creates document breaks, Tab moves between fields.

AI-Powered Metadata

Optional AI assistance reads documents and suggests instrument types, recording dates, book/page numbers, and party names. Review and accept suggestions or enter manually.

How It Works

Create a Batch

Start a new batch and configure your fields. Choose which metadata fields to capture (instrument type, recording date, book/page, etc.) and set up any custom fields you need.

Upload Documents

Drag and drop scanned documents, PDFs, or images. Stapler extracts individual pages and displays them as a filmstrip for easy navigation.

Staple and Index

Use arrow keys to navigate between pages. When you reach the last page of a document, press Space to "staple" those pages together. Fill in metadata fields using Tab to move between them. AI can auto-suggest values.

Export

When finished, export your batch as a ZIP file. Each stapled document becomes a multi-page TIFF with metadata stored in a JSON file. Import directly into PropertySync or your title plant system.
